Can I cancel my order?
Sure. Email us hello@pipes-store.com as soon as possible (within 24 hours after your order).
Can I return my product?
Of course. Any product purchased from www.pipes-store.com can be returned if it meets the requirements of the return policy:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, give us an order number and what product you would like to return;
2. The product must be returned unused, unaltered, unsmoked.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every order over 100€ will be shipped for free via Lithuanian Post/PostNL worldwide and with DPD in Lithuania.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally! We can ship all tobacco smoking pipes to any country of the world (except Russia, Belarus and United Kingdom).
How do you ship your packages?
We ship all our orders via registered mail: Lithuanian Post, PostNL and GLS (shipping method depends on what country you are in). We also offer express delivery to USA by FedEx (2-4 or 5-10 business days).
