DELIVERY

Packages are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Lithuanian Post, PostNL or GLS (shipping method depends on what country you are in). Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. You will see total shipping price at checkout.

• Worldwide delivery 2-6 weeks, 10.89€
• USA express delivery (UPS) - 5-10 business days, 30€
• USA express delivery (FedEx) - 2-4 business days, 35€

We do not deliver to Russia, Belarus and United Kingdom.

RETURN POLICY

Any product purchased from www.pipes-store.com can be returned if it meets the requirements of the return policy:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase, give us an order number and what product you would like to return;
2. The product must be returned unused, unaltered, unsmoked.
